Please remember two important items for Monday 03/01/2021 OP city council meeting. There are two items pertaining to chipseal on the agenda:![]()
1-The city budget (five year financial plan) allocating funds for chipseal: This item has its own "Public Hearing". Mayor will ask for public hearing, you can express your comments on the budget at that time. You don't need to use "Public comments" period for this (see below).![]()
2-Two specific chipseal projects: The time to express your views on this two items is in the beginning of the meeting (at 7:30 PM) in the period called "Public Comments". You need to register for that by 3:00 PM tomorrow. Register here:![]()
